Make Scanimations

What You Need

  • An animated GIF, 6 equal-sized images, or a single static image
  • A printer
  • Paper and a transparency sheet

Steps

  1. Upload your 6 images (or a single image) using the drop zone below.
  2. Download the upper (transparency) and lower (paper) images that are generated.
  3. Print the lower image on paper and the upper image on a transparency.
  4. Overlay the transparency on the paper and slide it slowly to see the animation!
